Returns Policy

At Sancho Food, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To request a return, email us at info@sancho-food.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

Returns

You may return an order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided that the products:

• Have not been opened or unsealed.
• Are in perfect condition.
• Are returned in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of perishable products or products likely to expire quickly, personalised products, or unsealed items that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons.You must contact us before returning any products. We will provide you with the necessary instructions. Unless the product is incorrect or has arrived damaged, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs. Sancho Food will cover the related costs and offer either a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or proof that they have been sent.Your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of your return request. Where required by law, standard delivery costs will be refunded. Additional costs resulting from the choice of an express or special delivery method will not be refunded.
